So, you LOVE Facebook. Can't seem to get enough?
This is SO common, and I think it has something to do with the way our society is 'set up' at the moment. We really lack a sense of community on the scale we are meant to be experiencing it -- so, social media (being the next best thing) is our 'fix'. It helps feed that void; the gap between the ideal and what currently is.
Many of us are grasping for more -- more interaction with real people, to help give more meaning to our life experience. It's great to use social media to help fill this need; but, it's a balance as well. As great as Facebook (and Twitter, etc) are, it's also wonderful to maintain some semblance of balance about it, and even completely cut-off from it for periods of time; even if it's only for a day here-and-there (...may I coin the term Facebook-Fasting?). Even if only to prove to yourself that you can let it go, ...and there is a world outside of it all.
