Lately, I've been writing for Passion ~ a delightfully inspirational weekly ezine published by Shazzie, and Detox Your World. If you know me personally, or via social media, you probably know that I just can't stop talking about Thrill the World. It is through this yearly event that I have re-discovered my love of dance, not to mention making the acquaintance of some really amazing people, right here in my town!

Shazzie - Rawkin Radio Interview

Today I've been listening to Shazzie in a lovely interview on Rawkin Radio.    She speaks about her new free E-book, "Raw Britannia".  Other topics for the hour include her 12 hour-per-week job, "Rampage of Invincibility" (on YouTube here), her LOVE of warm (yes, raw) soup (I LOVE it too), and lots of chat about supplementation with raw-vegan children.

I had a (quite lengthy) phone conversation with Shazzie about 2 weeks after this interview was taped (July, '08).  We talked quite a lot on the topic of supplementation with raw-vegan children (being that we both have children around "weaning" age).  This has been a somewhat heated topic going on in the raw-food community for the past month.  See her article here on Raw vegan children.  An interesting and super important read, especially if you are in the midst of raising young children, bless them!
