In the past many months I have included quite a few changes in methods or supplements I am using to see how they affect my health and vitality.
Vitamin D supplementation has become a great favorite of mine, and even though I spend plenty of time in the sun in the warmer months (safely of course), I have learned through my research that even when utilizing the sun, someone can still have deficiency issues ~ especially when living 35 or more degrees in latitude above or below the equator.
According to experts, vitamin D deficiency is very common, and potentially responsible for all kinds of ailments and 'dis-eases'. I was so blown away by the information I found, that I made this the topic of my most recent Passion article. I believe that vitamin D is an important topic for everyone to know about, because deficiency is so prevalent.
You can view my recent article on vitamin D, here.
Below, I have compiled a list of many of the things I have been doing differently, or have been using over the past few months (some more consistently than others), for those of you that are curious:
~
Vitamin D (oral supplementation)
Shitake (powdered, and whole ~ added to food)
Magnesium (epsom salts in bath, and transdermal magnesium oil)
Reishi (powder ~ added to food)
Adya Clarity (light experimentation, added to water)
Silver (colloidal, oral use)
MMS (1)
H2O2 (oral and transdermal use of food-grade hydrogen peroxide)
B-complex
Essential oils:
-Lemon Balm (anti-stress, anti-anxiety, anti-bacterial, anti-viral)
-Cedar (anti-anxiety, anti-bacterial, anti-fungal)
Coconut Palm Sugar (this stuff is brilliant as a sweetener, and incredibly low glycemic)
Stevia (powdered & liquid, as sweetener; flavored liquid stevia is my favorite addition to water)
Release / transformation of dysfunctional relationships
Parasite release (yes, visible!) through use of castor oil internally, with colon hydrotherapy
Teaching dance (very healing for me!)
~
I'm thrilled to say, that I have been without a cold or flu this whole winter season, so far (which is pretty amazing for me).
Please keep in mind, I am not making any claims about the above listed, nor are these suggestions; I am simply sharing my personal experience.
I do realize that these above items are many factors (and there are surely loads more that I am unaware of) ...all of which help determine cause & effect relationships between things. I am also only one person. If I have learned anything from statistics classes, it is this: one is not an adequate sample size for determining anything.
Even so, perhaps what matters most (at least from a spiritual perspective) is through using this one (self), tapping into intuitive guidance in deciding what's next for bringing oneself to even greater heights of personal health and wellness; with the guidance of a medical professional, ...of course. : )
Love and be well,
