Rawkathon DAY 3! Tonight’s speakers will be Victoria Boutenko, and Nomi Shannon! The pre-event starts at 4pm PST / 7pm EST – join Kevin Gianni and Annmarie Colameo on The Renegade Health Show LIVE. You can either visit their blog page, or go to their USTREAM channel to view their half-hour broadcast.
I just realized, from an e-mail that Kevin sent out…the reason The Renegade Health Show is LIVE all week, is because they have been SO busy managing Rawkathon, that there would just be NO way for him to have time to do a full-on show, edit it, and get it up on the web while trying to do Rawkathon, too; Totally understandable! I think it’s totally fun to have a LIVE show, more interactivity for the viewers. Come and join us all who are watching Kevin and Annmarie, have any questions ready for them, and feel free to interact with everyone joining-in via the chat feature as well.
After the pre-event, TONIGHT’s Rawkathon interviews will be available for viewing…starting at 5pm PST / 8pm EST (and available for FREE for 24 hours after that start-time). Sign up for free (if you haven’t done so already) at www.Rawkathon.com.
Victoria Boutenko, is well-known in the health food movement for transforming her family and children over to a raw-food diet (many years ago), RADICALLY transforming their health (each of them have their own incredible stories)…Her two children, Valya and Sergei (now adults) are also helping people achieve radiant health; they both have published raw-food books of their own. For more information about Victoria’s story, read her touching book “The Raw Family”; it talks about their families transition to raw, and how they helped themselves out of major health issues.
Victoria is also well-known for bringing green smoothies into popularity with her book “Green for Life”. If you haven’t “played with” the health benefits of adding green smoothies to your cuisine, this is a MUST read!
Nomi Shannon is also part of this evenings interviews – I will be thrilled to learn more about her. She is best known for her book, “The Raw Gourmet” – a lovely book on raw cuisine!
